Wow! This is so delicious and so easy to make. I hadn’t done this in a while and I am kicking myself for being so lazy. (the hardest part is washing the bowl of the food processor)

Peel two or three bananas, cut them in chunks, put in plastic bag and freeze for a day or so. Longer is fine. Mine had been in the freezer for a month.

Put in food processor and whirl around till chunky. Add a couple of squirts of honey, a large spoon of either tahini, peanut butter or both. Process till smooth and creamy. Serves one or two.

That’s it. Unless you want to get fancy and sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.

This tastes like the Best, Richest Ice Cream and there is no cream/eggs/or chemicals. The only ‘fat’ is from the tahini or peanut butter. This will solve that ice cream craving and bananas are good for you.

By the way, did you know that you can shine  your shoes will the inside part of a banana peel?
