I know water is good for you and I’m sure I don’t drink enough.

I drink water from the refrigerator door. I know some people only drink bottled water and I have one or two friends who only drink distilled water. I don’t know what all the differences are in these types, but probably plain old water will do.

I remember back in 1990, the first time I had bottled water. We were at Busch Gardens amusement park in Virginia. I was thirsty and went to the ‘drink’ stand. They had Coke for $3 and bottled water for $3. I had never had the bottled water before and this was my first taste of Evian.

$3 was unheard of for a bottle of H2O. Little did we know that the entire next generation would buy water in bottles without question. Even stores like 711 and ABC here in Hawaii have entire aisles of water, as well as lots of choices in the cold section.

When I got this email today, I thought I would share it with you Dear Readers.
A doctor was asked why do we and other people urinate so much at night time…answer from this cardiac doctor was…gravity holds water in the lower part of your body when you are upright.

When you lie down and the lower body seeks to level with the kidneys…it is then that the kidneys remove
the most water because it is easier.

The  physician said that water at bed time will also help prevent night time leg cramps. Your leg muscles are seeking hydration when they cramp and wake you up with a Charlie  Horse.

You need your minimum water to help flush the toxins
out of your body

Correct time to drink water…
from A Cardiac Specialist…

Drinking water at a certain time maximizes its
effectiveness on the body:

2 glasses of water after waking up – helps activate
internal organs

1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal – helps

1 glass of water before taking a bath – helps lower
blood pressure

1 glass of water before going to bed – avoids stroke
or heart  attack

Sure couldn’t hurt to try this.
